WATER BLAST TECHNOLOGY Alta Test offers water blast technology. Our triplex plunger pumps can deliver up to 15,000 PSI to clean virtually any heat exchanger, separator, or other related plant equipment. The pumps can also be used to mole lines and clean surface. TUBULAR CLEANING Oil field tubulars such as drillpipe and tubing have been cleanedwith Alta Test triplex Plunger pumps. As a preventative measure, cleaning your tubular goods as quickly as possible after pulling tubes from the well bore will extend tube life and reduce future problems of scale and oxidation. Tubular maintenance is the key to preservation of your tubulars. TESTING Alta Test can hydrostatically test any oilfield equipment. We test rig BOPs in compliance with IADC guidelines to pressures to 15,000 PSI. Our pumps have also been used for pressurization of lubricators to equalize pressure or run logs, for tubing and casing tests, testing of all plant vessels, and pipeline tests. CEMENTING The Alta Test cement pump has been used to set cement plugs to abandon wells, for well control, and on various pumping jobs where more volume was needed. WELDING Alta Test offers precision welding to install wellheads in compliance with a Cameron Iron Works procedure for wellhead installation.
